Eligible members may receive up to eight weeks of patches or gum.
Eligible members must:
- Be 18 years of age
- Not have any medical conditions that are contraindications for NRT usage
- Agree to enroll and actively participate in online cessation counseling
- Be ready to quit within 30 days
- Remain compliant with appropriate NRT usage and tobacco quitline counseling protocols.
The release of all Nicotine Replacement Therapy products is ultimately at the discretion of the members' assigned tobacco quitline counselor.
